2026/2027 Post-UTME/Direct Entry Screening Exercise
The University of Port Harcourt hereby invites candidates who chose the University as First Choice in the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and obtained a minimum score of 160, to apply for Post-UTME Screening Exercise for admission into the University.
Eligible Candidates
Candidates who scored a minimum of 160 in the 2026 UTME and chose University of Port Harcourt as their first choice
Screening Fee
The screening fee is N2,000.
Registration Procedure
Eligible candidates should log on to University of Port Harcourt application portal via: www.uniport.edu.ng and then, take the following steps:
1. Click on ‘Login’ button and login with your UTME number as username and surname in lowercase as password
2. Generate an invoice for the payment of the screening fee
3. Pay the screening fee at any commercial bank or through online payment
4. Return to the portal and upload your passport photograph and other required documents
Official Action Steps for Candidates
1. Ensure you have a valid email address and phone number
2. Ensure you have the required documents for upload, including O’level results and UTME result slip
3. Ensure you have paid the screening fee
4. Ensure you have completed the registration process before the closing date
