The University of Ibadan (UI) has announced the commencement of registration for its Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening exercise for the 2026/2027 academic session. According to an official statement from the institution, the registration portal will remain active from Monday, June 22, to Sunday, July 19, 2026. Prospective candidates who chose UI as their first choice are strictly warned that there will be no extension of this registration period.\n\nCandidates are required to log into the UI Admission Portal using their JAMB Registration Number as their username and their surname as their initial password. The screening process requires a portal access fee of N3,000.00 and a screening fee of N2,000.00, both of which are to be paid through the official portal in favor of the University of Ibadan. Upon successful payment, candidates must print their payment receipts and complete the online bio-data forms.\n\nThe university management has scheduled the Post-UTME screening examinations to take place from Monday, July 27, to Wednesday, July 29, 2026. Specific examination dates and venues for individual candidates will be communicated in due course. Candidates must ensure they provide active email addresses and functional phone numbers, as the university will not be liable for missed communications due to invalid contact details. Furthermore, all applicants must have attained the age of sixteen (16) years by September 30, 2026, to remain eligible for admission.
